Perinatal Support Groups

Hosted by The Little Blooming Warriors Birth Collective

Pregnant and pukey? New baby and feeling a little overwhelmed? We’ve got a support group for you, whatever season you’re in. Always free, always flexible. There’s no such thing as “late.” We will bring resources, wisdom, open arms, and listening ears. You just have to show up.

Support groups are open to those in the perinatal period and their support people. We discuss lots of personal and sensitive topics in our groups, and postpartum people are encouraged to feed their babies in group, so please be mindful of the personal nature of this space.

  • Questions, pains, plans, joy, fear, excitement… Pregnancy is a wild ride! With a couple of doulas and a few friends, we want to walk with you through this season.

    Every 2nd Thursday from 6-8pm

  • Being a new parent is a lot of changes all at once. Feeding, sleeping, diapering, and everyone has an opinion! We would love to come alongside you with encouragement and camaraderie. Babies are more than welcome to join!

    Every 2nd Thursday from 10am-12pm

  • This free support group is open to all community members who are feeding their babies human milk, hosted by lactation educator Madeline Schulle. Whether you're pumping, combo feeding, breastfeeding, or chestfeeding, you're welcome here for community, education, and support.

  • Designed to create a safe and supportive space specifically for birthing families of color, this support group is hosted by Niambi Bloom, LSW. This space is dedicated to anti-racist, inclusive support for those in the perinatal period, both prenatally and postpartum.

Our classes, workshops & support groups are held near Downtown Colorado Springs at 1826 E Platte Ave, Suite 117.
