Group Childbirth Education with The Little Blooming Warriors Birth Collective
Join Madeline, Jayme, Ariel, and Sesch for Childbirth Education! We are working together to bring our students the knowledge they need in a wonderful group setting. With the knowledge and experience of three different doulas teaching together, you’ll get MORE! More laughs, more perspectives, more preparation. You’ll get everything from anatomy and physiology of labor and birth to comfort measures and relaxation tools. Come join us!

Nourish & Nurture: Newborn Care and Breastfeeding
This class fulfills the newborn care and breastfeeding class requirement at Beginnings Birth Center.
Let’s begin at the beginning! Caring for a minutes/hours/days-old baby is a whole new world for most families! Let’s talk about everything from decisions about baby medications to newborn soothing, diapering to “where in the world is this baby going to sleep?!”, and of course, lots and lots of information on feeding this new little person! This workshop includes everything you need to feel prepared to nourish and nurture as you bring your new little person home.
Included for First Time clients, $145 for community members
Balanced Babes: Optimal Fetal Positioning
Created by Ariel Haynes and Jayme Brewington, this class will teach you all about how a balanced pregnant person creates a balanced babe and most importantly, a balanced, shorter labor with fewer complications! Join us for our 1-night workshop and learn about everything you can do while you’re pregnant, while you’re laboring, and during your postpartum period to stay BALANCED!
This workshop is 3 hours long and is offered on a monthly basis.

The Complete 4th Trimester Workshop
We've talked about your baby, your pregnancy, and your birth. Now, let’s talk about you! How can you care for yourself in the tender, transitional time that is the first 3 months of your baby’s life? This workshop will help you prepare your home, your mind, and your body for the beauty and challenge that is the 4th Trimester. Taught by our resident postpartum doula and full of fun, interactive activities, this class is an important addition to your prenatal education!
This workshop is 3 hours long and offered monthly.
