This package is specifically for families who want extra help with meal prep and breastfeeding.

Your postpartum doula will help you create a menu, create a shopping list, pick up your grocery order, and bring everything home to get meals prepared for the week. Let her do all the prep work, so all you need to do is turn on the oven or the crockpot!

An amazing IBCLC will join you at home to help ensure breastfeeding is off to a great start. If things are challenging, she can help you troubleshoot. And if things are going great, she can help you fine tune the whole process!
